The company was founded by Timothy F. Bednarz, Ph.D. and Shirley D. Bednarz, Ph.D., with over 19 years of experience in organizational and professional development, who combined their knowledge and expertise to develop innovative instructional and learning programs and services that apply employee training as a tool to advance customers’ goals and objectives.
All of Majorium’s programs are aligned to meet customer’s goals, objectives, competencies and outcomes. They are targeted to the achievement of Dr. Kirkpatrick's Levels Three and Four of evaluating training. They take training from the concrete to the abstract and focus on the transference of learning to the workplace.
Majorium’s Evaluation Services Provided by World Renowned Author and Consultant Dr. Donald L. Kirkpatrick
Dr. Donald L. Kirkpatrick world renowned author of, Evaluating Training Programs: The Four Levels, past American Society for Training and Development (ASTD) national president and member Human Resource Development (HRD) Hall of Fame has formed a strategic partnership with Majorium and endorsed all of its products and services.
Dr. Kirkpatrick is available to help design evaluation forms and procedures for REACTION (Level 1) and measures and standards for LEARNING (Level 2) as well as BEHAVIOR (Level 3) and RESULTS (Level 4). In addition, he will monitor the results of all evaluations and will assist in developing reports for customers, top management and other interested parties.
Dr. Kirkpatrick’s alliance with Majorium provides companies the opportunity to maximize the results of using its courseware. Dr. Kirkpatrick is available to design customized training and evaluation for your organization and make presentations and/or conduct workshops on “evaluation” for your training staff and interested managers.
