Majorium’s Virtual Teams course offers step-by-step information to develop virtual teams as well as strategies, guidelines and protocols to manage them and an understanding of how to use and apply communication and collaborative tools to maximize productivity.


Ethics Training


Majorium’s Ethics course creates a learning atmosphere where integrity and professional standards of conduct are elevated in the minds of employees. During the typical 30-day training cycle, employees receive self-directed training lessons, meet in peer-to-peer groups to discuss the ethical concepts taught in the lessons, and attend an interactive training session to reinforce learning and retention.
